The Sejong Hotel is located right in the busy, tourist‑friendly neighborhood of Myeongdong. The property itself is well‑maintained, with a touch of luxury and modern features like self‑service kiosks for check‑in/check‑out, an automated luggage storage room, and a well‑equipped coin laundry.
I can’t speak for all the rooms, but ours felt a bit outdated — the furniture had drawers that opened on their own, the lamp shade wasn’t very clean, and the air conditioning mysteriously paused in the middle of the night, leaving the room overheated until we turned it back on. Maybe it was some kind of eco mode to save electricity?
Aside from that, everything else was great: daily cleaning service, helpful staff, and overall a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful place to stay! Breakfast was good with a nice variety, even a country boy who loves bacon and eggs. Front desk staff were amazing and very friendly. The air conditioning had me a little worried at first but it came through towards the end of the day. Our vacation was at the end of summer so it was understandable. They gave us a fan for our room which help. I would recommend this place again and again.
