The open but zoned living, dining and sleeping area is air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV, dining table for 4 persons and a cosy double bed. The kitchenette has a 2-plate stove, sink, refrigerator, freezer compartment, filter coffee maker as well as cutlery and crockery. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. WiFi is included, pets are not allowed. The holiday complex impresses with its direct location by the sea with a private boat jetty and up to six boat berths (for a fee). In the well-maintained outdoor area, you will find lawn areas for playing, a garden terrace and a large outdoor grill with a sun-protected dining area. Parking spaces are available on the property, and the landlords offer free laundry service upon request. Only about 200 metres away lies the gently sloping, family-friendly beach "Children's Paradise" with sandy and gravelly sea floor, ideal for small children.
