"Although the description is "smoking in desgnated areas only", this actually meant people were and are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel except their actual room, and includes hallways outside the rooms where cigarette receptacles are frequent. "My bag was stolen here. The front desk in morning doesn’t speak English and I truly tried to say basics like orangutans food 123 luggage storage toilet taxi and he has no answer. I even used a translator on phone. So i left my luggage in reception since he didn’t speak English and came back to it ..."
