I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. "Great staff, nice and clean, good location. It’s clearly a fancy hotel from the 80’s, but it’s been kept in great shape and maintains a good standard. For the price, you can’t beat it. I would stay here again! "

"Room was very small and the bed was placed at the corner that one side doesn’t have bedside table or any space, it was hard to get out of the bed. The breakfast was great and at the higher floor with a view. Wished it was open for dinner or drinks as well. "

"Let’s get real this hotel is not “wonderful” it’s a cheap downmarket motel style room. I’ve travelled around Japan for 5 weeks and this is the first time I would not wear their nightwear as it didn’t seem clean, slippers had been worn before and sanitized (ugh!). No English channels on tv and couldn’t access Netflix or others. No tea or coffee in room although did have kettle. Small room and very old and dated bathroom, didn’t enjoy it at all. Staff were friendly though and short walk from station."

"Amenity choices are wide. The frontdesk staff is super polite and efficient. The location and parking area is closed to main train station which is very convenient. The parking fee is ¥800 which is even lower than some smaller city. Good deal!"
