"Great house with great space and easy, clear check-in and out procedures. We were a little disappointed about the lack of coffee maker and the fact that it was hard to contact the host beyond the automated messages sent by the management company. But generally a great spot in a beautiful location, and we’d definitely stay again!"

"Best part: Breakfast and the views. Communication and follow through were not what I was hoping for. We reported fire ants being at the door on the first night. Received an email saying they would have a service person address it. Next morning the ants made their way into the room. I notified staff the next morning, in person, and was assured it was taken care of. We had ants the entire time, which because more and more of a problem, as one might expect. Additionally, we paid $300 at the Inn for various fees and I believe for cleaning. However, house keeping is not included. I cannot wrap my mind around paying premium prices for lodging and trash takeout/towels refreshed being an even further additional charge. We quickly blew through our rags and hand towels wiping ants up with soapy water. In our 5 day stay, we never had fresh towels and we took our own trash out. I just have to stop short at calling this hospitality. It's akin to a VRBO. But at a VRBO I could wash laundry and have a fridge. I don't know that we would choose this location again. I also cannot fathom hosting customers and knowing they have fire ants in their room and now personally following up with them regarding the issue. "

"This apartment is absolutely beautiful and spacious. It was immaculately clean and provided everything we needed. Communication from Kate was great. We would absolutely stay here again if we are ever in the area. "

"Warm Brook Farm was the most cozy house to stay in, in Vermont! This winter getaway was so fun between the hot tub and the beautiful history of the house and the warm welcome package … We can’t wait to come back hopefully in the summer or the spring when everything is in full bloom! The hosts were extremely communicative if we needed anything. I would say this was probably the most well stocked kitchen/house we have ever been to and provided the most luxurious products in a VRBO we’ve ever been to! It was also nice that Trever and Piper thought about families and provided two pack and plays so that we didn’t have to lug ours and save space in our car when we traveled. Every room was thoughtfully curated to set a cozy vibe and is extremely beautiful. We can’t wait to come back and spend time here with more family! "
