"The stay was short but good. Service would have been an excellent if it had not been for the lady working the front desk for morning check out, the young lady who checked us in was very nice and professional but I had 2 encounters with the one lady that was rude the first time was before my initial checkin ;we arrived early due to driving all night so we stopped in to make sure we were at the correct hotel and check our reservation she didn’t let me ask anything she just rudely said you can’t check in now and I proceeded to tell her I just want to confirm my reservation she said check in is 4 come back then but when we came back to check in thankfully there was a nice young lady to check us in and tell us a little about Norfolk since we had never been there so other than that we had a great stay waiting on our cruise "
