"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is ..."

"Wir haben haben vom 04.03-06.03.2016 hier einen Kurzurlaub mit der Familie gemacht. Es war sehr idyllisch, alles war perfekt vorbereitet und auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld funktionierte prima.
