Apartment hotels are the way to go to feel the comfort of a home on the go, but knowing it receives the care of a nice hotel. The automated check-in and check out was new for us, but it worked out incredibly well with no issues. The hotel is in a great spot within walking distance to most attractions in Nürnberg and the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. In practice it doesn’t work. No instructions for how to use the QR code to get in the hotel. Lockers for luggage but no way to reenter the hotel to retrieve luggage after check out. Phone number given by hotel never responded to our call or our email. Musty smell on headboard and throw pillows. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Huge disappointment. Anschließend haben wir angerufen und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Buchung storniert wurde, was aber natürlich nicht stimmte. Nach paar Überlegungen vom Personal wurde uns eine neue Reservierungsnummer mitgeteilt, und wir haben ein komplett anderes Apartment bekommen, für nur eine Einzelperson!!! Also mussten wir uns ein kleines Bett teilen mit einem Kissen und einer Decke, da nach erneutem Anruf uns 2x aufgelegt wurde. Fanden wir sehr frech! Naja, und dann hat es aus dem Badezimmer noch sehr gestunken vom Kanal oder ähnliches...also ich habe gesehen,dass dieses Apartment gute Rezessionen hat, kann ich aber leider dadurch was war, nicht wiedergeben.
