Our stay was good. Didn't expect the hold fee. The highlight was the infused water!!!! Soooo refreshing coming in from DC heat.

Gym has been neglected for over 6 different visits.
- A/C in the humid gym room is a recipe for heat stroke
- Gym had bugs on the towels.
- Scheduled rooms are never ready
- Dirty/Blood stained bed sheets not being replaced
Prior to the EUROSTARS buy out I never had any issues like this, under them it's consistently been a disaster.
