(2,660 reviews) Spent one night with my 3 grown kids, who were attending a concert at CFG bank arena, which is about a block away and a very short walk from the hotel, and I could see the venue from my room window which was a huge plus for Me. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very friendly staff, and a beautiful hotel lobby, our room was on the 10th floor, and it was clean and comfortable with a view of the city, there were a lot of things within walking distance but we chose to have dinner in the LB tavern, a busy hotel restaurant with a decent selection of food, great service, and was reasonably priced and rather tasty. Even though me and the kids got stuck in elevator 3 for a little over an hour, with 3 other guests, who were great through the whole ordeal, we had a quick rescue from the local fire dept, and the staff quickly made a room change to a room that was understandably accessible by stairs now lol, I still rate them high for service, and chalked it up to a quirk of an almost 100 year old hotel. We loved our stay and have an awesome memory and story to tell. Shower floor was sticky and laminate on floor in the room was not cleaned.
