I get not everyone understands everyone, so no big deal, transfer me to someone who can. I called back and asked for a manager. She transfered me to a managers voicemail. I left my name, number, asked that he contact me back. It's been 3 days so far and I have not been contacted. Disappointed in the staff. It takes two seconds to pick up a phone and call a guest back."
