Beautiful and convenient location with scenic views. Parking was a bonus! The reception team were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel restaurant and bar are lovely and cosy and the working water mill was a lovely feature. Our room was a little dated and there was a lot of condensation on the windows but this is understandable due to the age of the building. That said it was a clean and comfortable room that suited us fine for our visit. We would love to stay again

The room was absolutely delightful. The shower room & bathroom were spotlessly clean, with plenty of hot water. The tea tray also had a couple of packets of biscuits. I liked the fact that I could switch the radiator off at night. The window also opened. The bed was comfortable. I will return.

It was a lovely hotel, felt nothing was too much troible, from the welcome on reception, to the dining room staff. Our room was ample size and had all you would expect, including extras like a coffee machine and biscuits. The views from the room were a bonus too
