Holiday house Ahoi "Great sea" Ostfriesland

Our holiday home is idyllically situated between Emden and Aurich, in the holiday area at the "Großen Meer". A small branch canal separates the property in a quiet cul de sac location from the adjacent meadows and pastures. After a few minutes (about 400m) you reach the "Great Sea".

The living area of our comfortably furnished holiday home is approx. 95 m².

The house has a carport and a large boat shed, as well as a child-proof fenced garden and two terraces (sun / shade) with garden furniture.

The jetty with rowboat is diagonally opposite.



ground floor

There is a cloakroom in the entrance area. Through another door you enter the large living and dining room with open kitchen area.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, in detail are available:

The large seating area invites you to enjoy delicious food and relax.
On the beautiful Friesensofa you can read comfortably or watch TV.

There are a lot of games for big and small children. You can also choose among many books.

The house is heated by a gas heating or alternatively by a stove.

Through the window in the living room you have a wonderful view of the garden and the meadows in the nature reserve.

The bathroom (with plenty of storage space) has a large shower, toilet and vanity with vanity unit.


upstairs

A staircase leads to the upper floor with two separate bedrooms.

The first bedroom has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with adjustable slatted frames, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a flat-screen TV and a small bathroom with toilet and vanity.

The second bedroom has three single beds (2x 100 cm x 200 cm and 1x 90 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, table and shelves.

In front of all windows a fly and mosquito repellent is attached, as well as external blinds.

The sleeping area can be closed childproof to the stairs. Naturally, smoke detectors are also installed in the house.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Gastgeber waren einfach sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist klasse und die die Küchenausstattung hochwertig, kein abgelegter Kram. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Es hat mehr als man in einem Ferienhaus erwartet, wie z.B. Familienspiele, Zeitschriften, Bücher und ein Fernglas mit dem man die vielen Vögel vom Garten aus beobachten kann. Das Highlight waren die Eisvögel. Die Radwege sind super und führen ohne Probleme bis an die Nordsee. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Alles Top

Entspannter Sommerurlaub
Liebevoll dekoriertes Ferienhaus in dem es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Super Panoramablick vom Wohnzimmer auf die angrenzende Wiese mit der Möglichkeit zur Beobachtung der reichlich vorhandenen Vogelwelt. Das Boot haben wir nicht zu Wasser gelassen, wir waren meist mit den eigenen Fahrrädern am Erkunden der Umgebung von Greetsiel (Lecker Käse in Pilsum) bis Aurich und Emden unterwegs. Eine absolute Empfehlung hat sich noch am letzten Freitag der Brotverkauf des Mühlenvereins in Wiegboldsbur verdient.

Erholung pur
Das Ferienhaus ist super in vielerlei Hinsicht. Die Einrichtung, Ausstattung und die Zimmeraufteilung sind erste Klasse. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig aber dennoch ist man nach 5 Minuten am Großen Meer. Reh-, Storch-, Enten-, Hasen- und Reiherkino von der Terrasse oder dem Esszimmer inklusive. Der Kontakt war ebenfalls super. Wir können das Ferienhaus ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein toller Urlaub im Ferienhaus Ahoi
Wir hatten schöne Tage im Ferienhaus Ahoi. Bei Ankunft war das Haus kalt, aber mit der Gasheizung im Wohnzimmer wurde das Haus schnell warm und die oberen Räume wurden ausreichend mitgeheizt. Die Lage mit dem dazugehörigen Boot war einfach klasse. So hatten wir viele tolle Bootsausflüge. Die Fahrräder waren für alle gut. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Bedekaspel und kommen gerne wieder.
