Spacious and lovingly furnished holiday home for the whole family (max. 5 adults plus 2 extra beds for children (140cm x 70cm)) with its own garden and terrace. The holiday home was built according to the latest standards and was completed in June 2014\. It is characterized by an extremely quiet environment due to the dead end location / Tempo 30 zone. The house offers you peace and relaxation. The house is tastefully and functionally furnished so that you can immediately feel at home even on vacation. There are three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and has a large double bed. The other two are upstairs and are furnished with two and one with a single bed. Cots for children can be set up in the bedrooms (please reserve in advance when booking). On the ground floor and on the upper floor there is a bathroom with shower / toilet. On the ground floor you will find a combined kitchen / living room ("open living") with a fitted kitchen, living room cupboards, a wood-burning stove and a comfort couch with a sleeping and sleeping function. In the evening you can end the day comfortably with a fine drink in front of the fireplace. The house is barrier-free. However, it is not suitable for wheelchair users (door openings <95cm). There is a sandpit, a trampoline, a swing with a slide and other toys on the property. You can let your children play with confidence thanks to the extremely quiet dead end location / Tempo 30 zone. In addition, a privacy-protected terrace with garden furniture in the open garden also belongs to the house. Nice spacious living room with attached kitchen and dining table/counter. Luxury couches make enjoying a good TV show on the big screen a breeze. Two bathrooms with toilet and shower provided nice privacy when staying with family and friends. We did not use the sauna, so cannot tell anything about that. Kichens ha an excellent oven and stove. Good-size stainless steel skillet and other pans to make you own dinners. No microwave, but who uses than anyway.. traditionele drip style koffiemaker and Senseo machine. Also good size water cooker. Sufficient cutlery and plates to use for a day.and let the dishwasher do the dirty work so you can enjoy the countryside. A lot of grocery stores within 15min drive. Beds and bed linen are a bit small for tall people like me 193cm, but run into that problem all the time.. overall, very nice place to stay an enjoy that rural flat part of Germany. ##### René B. Das Haus ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber. Bei Anreise waren die Betten bezogen, Handtücher und Bademäntel standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Das Sofa bietet viel Platz für gemütliche Familienabende am Kamin. Das Holz dafür wurde immer vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt - ohne extra Gebühr. Alle Zimmer haben Mückenschutz am Fenster. Der großzügige Saunaraum bietet die Möglichkeit, sich nach dem Saunaaufenthalt direkt auszuruhen - auch mit 5-6 Personen. Die Sauna ist groß genug, damit eine Familie bequem darin Platz findet, zu zweit kann man auch ausgestreckt liegen. Die Kids haben sich sehr über den Fuhrpark gefreut. Das Fahrrad der Großen wurde sogar nochmal perfekt auf sie eingestellt. Und so konnte sie selbstständig zum Surfkurs am nahe gelegenen großen Meer radeln. Die Kleine hatte viel Freude beim Reiten (Reiterhof kleine Mücke). Auch das große Trampolin im Garten war sehr begehrt. Das Meer ist in 25min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der freundliche Service von Herrn Pollmann ist außergewöhnlich - so habe ich das tatsächlich noch nie erlebt. Er ist sehr gut erreichbar und hat immer eine Lösung für unsere Anliegen und Fragen parat gehabt. Super ruhige Lage, im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Die Umgebung bietet tolle Ausflugsziele und viel Abwechslung. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Sehr netter und engagierter Gastgeber, bei dem man sich wirklich willkommen fühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist schön eingerichtet und Küche etc sind gut ausgestattet. Der große Garten mit vielen Spielsachen etc. ist perfekt für kleine Kinder. Die Lage ist super für diverse Ausflüge in der Region und sehr ruhig. Einziges Manko: Das Internet ist leider nur okay, es reicht (gerade so) zum Streamen. Es sei aber erwähnt, dass das naturgemäß lagebedingt ist, hierfür kann der Gastgeber eben erstmal nichts. Ferner: Der Mobilfunk ist draußen sehr gut, der Empfang im Haus selbst in Ordnung. Mit einem entsprechenden Tarif kann man also an dem deutschen Infrastruktur-Trauerspiel etwas vorbeiarbeiten. Das Haus ist nicht nur geräumig, sondern auch perfekt für Familien geeignet. Besonders für Kinder bietet es optimale Bedingungen, mit viel Platz zum Spielen und Entdecken. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre, ideal um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Die Nachbarn sind ausgesprochen freundlich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Vermieter, der äußerst zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar war. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! ##### Daniela K. Angefangen von den netten Vermietern, der Lage und das tolle Haus. Im und am Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Angefangen vom Trampolin über jede Menge Fahrräder, Go Card, Sandkasten bis zur großen Sauna im Haus. Handtücher, Seide, Bademäntel werden gestellt, Wolldecken sind auch vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr gut und wir haben alle gut geschlafen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen. Mit Kindern unbedingt das große Meer besuchen. Sandstrand, Wasser, Lokale alles ist dort vorhanden. Das große Meer ist auch Ideal für SUP Anfänger da es dort nicht tief ist und Sand unterm Wasser ist. Die Alpaka Tour bei https://www.deichhausalpakas.de/ war sehr schön und auch nicht so teuer wie bei anderen Anbietern. Abends die Sterne gucken ist Pflicht als Städter, da dort kein Lichtsmog ist kann man das ganz wunderbar. Wichtig für Teenager, das WLAN ist gut. Wir mit Kindern und Enkelkindern haben uns dort so wohl gefühlt, dass wir das Haus noch einmal mieten würden. ##### Sabine E. Bei der Einrichtung fehlt es an nichts, selbst Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel, Spülmittel und Spüllappen wurden gestellt. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und hilfsbereit! Auf Wunsch werden zum Anreisetag Kühlschrank und Truhe aufgefüllt, (mit entsprechender Servicezahlung) . Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt zwar nicht im Zentrum von Norden, Aurich, Norddeich oder Greetsiel, aber alles ist innherlb von 45 bis 50 Minuten zu erreichen. Freizeitangebote sind in akzeptabeler Reichweite und LIDL, Aldi, REWE etc. sind innherlab von 10 Minuten Autofahrt zu erreichen. Ebenso ein Fastfood, der gar nicht so schlecht ist. Insgesamt ein Haus in ruhiger Lage für 6 bis 7 Personen. ##### Ferdinand S.
