5-Star Holiday Home “Von den Wilden Äckern”<br><br>This holiday home, which was completely renovated in 2016, is one of a kind. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens. It features 4 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a pull-out double bed, 2 bedrooms each with one bed, and 1 bedroom with two pull-out beds). Each bedroom and the living room has a satellite TV; the kitchen has a CD radio; Wi-Fi (50 Mbit) is free. A game console and a DVD player are available in the living room.<br>A working house phone is located on the ground floor. On the ground floor, there is a walk-in shower (1.00 x 1.40 m) with a toilet and a separate toilet. A first-aid kit is located in the main entrance area.<br><br>The spacious living room features a large couch (an extra bed can be added upon request), a table, individual seating, a reading lamp, and more.<br>A travel cot and high chair are available.<br><br>The kitchen is modern and equipped with a convection oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, and everything you need for daily use.<br>The pantry offers storage space for groceries, a freezer, and kitchen appliances.<br><br>The utility room houses a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and supplies such as toilet paper, trash bags, spare bed linens,<br>cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and more.<br>Use of bed linens and towels, as well as electricity, gas, and final cleaning, is included in the price.<br>On the sunny terrace next to the house, you can relax under the awning; all necessary patio furniture is provided. The large garden is perfect for playing or relaxing and is surrounded by residential homes.<br>If you bring bicycles, you can store them in the lockable shed provided.<br><br>This holiday home is ideal for families. The Rechtsupweg Zoo is only about 2,000 metres away, and a go-kart track is about 3,000 metres away—both are easily accessible by foot, bike, or car.<br><br>The rural holiday home is located about 16 km from Norddeich, so all island ferries are easily accessible. The Marienhafe train station is about 5 km away. Shopping options are easily accessible by bike or car within 8 minutes. A Combi, Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, pizzerias, restaurants, an ice cream parlour, Kik, Tedi, and bakeries (with fresh Sunday rolls) and more are located in the neighbouring town of Marienhafe, where you can also visit the famous Störtebeker Tower. The charming little town of Aurich is also about 16 km away, and Emden is 19 km away—both are very easy to reach and feature great weekly markets and other attractions. Information flyers are available at the holiday home. Anglers can purchase guest fishing permits from the East Frisia District Fishing Association (member of the BVO). Hunters can purchase hunting permits at the Lütesburg Game Management Office (member of the LJN).<br><br>This holiday home offers a wide variety of activities and is available to you starting at 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day.
