I like how the hotel is set up its is very romantic and couples friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that the bell boys did not do their job at all, I can count on my hand the number of times the door was opened for me and my wife with 4 guys standing outside on their phones. I was a vip customer but did not recieve that treatment at all times.

"This is not a place for picky people. The hotel is located in a ghetto area. The check in is done in a bodega on the first floor of the building and depending on the day, it might be difficult to get a hold of the person in charge. There are some very steep steps to go up to the hotel room area. ..."
