The on-site parking was very convenient, and my room was good, well laid out, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I was consistently greeted with a smile, which made the hotel feel warm and inviting throughout my stay. Quit to help me when I locked myself out of my room twice. As a dog owner, I especially appreciated that pets are welcome in the bar area. The bar staff were excellent!
