"Older hotel but excellantly maintained. Room vas clean and comfotable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved all the shiplap and wood in the room. Very lodgey feel. We were within 4 miles of downtown, the scenic railway, and the orchard. So many dining options nearby too."

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast included cereal, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. The beds were not as comfortable as other places I’ve stayed in; however, SureStay would still be our 1st choice the next time we visit Helen.
