This hotel was in a perfect location for using Bus 38 to travel to the hotel, is nearby the Osmangazi statue and metro, and is convenient to the tourist sites (Tophane Tower, Green Mosque and Muradanye complexes. I felt comfortable in the room, and the breakfast was very good ... but I don't know how well they are continuing the Safe Tourism practices ... the room was pretty clean but I found small bits of plastic in plain site in both the room and the bathroom. I was only there for two nights, so it was impractical for me to move to a different room or hotel.

The hotel was right near the busy shopping street, which made it perfect for us. It’s walking distance from the Galata Tower and has lots of transportation options. Food options were plentiful and if you are in Istanbul for the night life it’s one of the places to be. I stayed Wednesday through to Friday, the first night was quiet no noise from the street. But Thursday heading to the weekend was very noisy sound like a birthday party was happening under our bedroom window until 3am, so bear that in mind if you wanted a quiet stay. Also I booked the breakfast included options and the view of the city was amazing from there. All in all I would book again but mid week though.

Excellent room , great staff

Our room was a bit small buy it worked. Breakfast was amazing! So many selections. Staff were very helpful and friendly. And the roof top view, wow and the location was amazing, close to everything. Thank you Rast staff !

We had a great stay here! The staff was amazing, rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, location is perfect, and bed was comfortable. All the staff, every single one of them, was so kind and helpful from the moment we stepped into the hotel and throughout our entire stay. Atakan was extremely kind and wonderful customer service. My husband loves coffee at all times of the day and would constantly go to the little bar for a cup of coffee and Atakan was always the one making coffee and tea. He never got annoyed and did it with pleasure. Room service was great!!! I was post operation and had to request ice every few hours and the hotel crew was great with bringing me ice. I want to especially thank Muhammet, Yilmaz, and Caner for their hospitality and patience with us. They were so kind. Also, breakfast was great everyday thanks to Pinar for being so attentive. I was in Room 502, I forgot the name of our maid, but she did an amazing job at cleaning our room daily. She is also one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I have one complaint; WiFi was very slow which affected my pace of work. Hopefully this can be fixed before I come back. Thank you staff of Gleam Collection!! I can’t wait to be back!
