"We stayed on first floor. The window screen was ripped and blowing in the wind. The window didn’t have a lock on it. It did have a darkened shade that was in a groove to help prevent anybody from climbing through the window, but that could have been easily pushed out of the way. We had no issues, but that is definitely a security issue.
The rest of the place was updated."
"We stayed in an accessible room and the beds were too high for someone who has issues to get into them. Also the shower was accessible as long as you had someone helping you. Very hard to reach for someone with mobility issues. Other wise we had a great stay"
"The breakfast was nice: Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, yogurt, hot cereal bar, cold cereals coffee, tea, and juice.
The pool had a loud waterslide great for kids, and two hot tubs.
I was a little nervous about the parking lot and someone had pounded on my door at 3am one night and scared the beejezuz outta me and had me on edge. Staff were friendly and helpful."
"Room was spacious and clean. Loved the old town feel of the hotel. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. There was not a microwave in our room so the front desk let us use the one that they use. Location was perfect on mainstreet so we walked to all the shops and restaurants."
La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham at WaTiki Waterpark
10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean and very well stocked. The hotel was very busy, but their was not chaos all over. The water park was a blast. There are a lot of good options for free breakfast. Overall a good experience. "
"Older property. Like a 2.5 Star motel. But clean room. Nice staff. It was quiet and we felt safe. Very good continental breakfast. They had Jimmy Dean's sausage breakfast sandwiches, cereal, milk, orange juice, bagels, toast, oatmeal, coffee and tea. Microwave and fridge in the room. Lots of stores, restaurants and gas stations nearby. Quick access to the freeway."
