The views of Lake Michigan are incredible, especially at sunrise, and we spent most evenings out by the fire pit or on the deck.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and it was nice having small touches like the coffee bar. It’s a short drive into Sturgeon Bay, but we also loved just relaxing at the house and walking the quiet beach.We can’t wait to come back next summer — it’s such a peaceful spot and you can really tell the owners put care into every detail. The home is very clean and everything you need is provided. We couldn't get enough of walking on the beach and enjoying the view of the lake. The owners are amazing! This place has gorgeous details within the home & the decor is super cozy! The property is so well kept & the view of the lake was breath taking! They have truly thought of everything to accomodate you for your stay. The owners communicate with you and are lovely people. Everyone had such a wonderful time sitting around the firepit while listening to the waves crash in. This is by far the best place we have booked and we hope to go back again soon! This property was perfect! The fire pit and shoreline were a huge draw for us and did not disappoint! We wish the sun would have been shining nice and bright like it was at our checkout time for the whole weekend, but that’s obviously uncontrollable. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and the house was very clean. Checkout instructions/requirements were minimal, which was much appreciated. Large sandy beach is definitely the draw, and it was truly awesome. Firepit, foosball table, paddle boards, outside deck, and the ability to bring our dog were very nice amenities. Home is clean and comfortable. Only downside was sharing one small bathroom amongst the eight of us - but it was as advertised so we knew what we were getting into. The pictures online are legitimate and the house is right on the beach....we loved listening to the water and waves in the evening (even though it was chilly out while we were there). My daughter and grandkids loved walking the beach looking for "treasures" and getting some exercise. The house is well set up for visitors - the kitchen has everything you need and there are plenty of beds, linens, and cozy blankets for sitting in the living room and watching the lake/water. The loft area was great for the grandkids as well as the board games/foosball table provided by the hosts. David and Tricia responded quickly to my messages and questions and were excellent hosts!
