Loved the firepit where we met some nice people and had good conversation. Also loved the attention to detail. It must have taken years to curate all the 1950's decor. What a treat to experience this hotel!

What a fun place to stay! From the moment we walked in greeted by Toad (and his owner), we felt very comfortable here. The little retro details all added up to a friendly 3 night stay. The co-owners and staff are just as friendly as Toad but they work a lot harder to make your stay enjoyable. Just remember, you are staying in an old school motel, not the Hyatt Regency. Be nice!

The walls are very thin!

The location is very convenient and seemed nice until the fat family directly above me started stomping around at 5:45am. Also, lots of internal noise from hall and adjoining rooms.
