Spacious flat suitable for disabled people of new construction in the center of Malaga, close to the best restaurants and bars of Malaga, studio with double bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker...), separate living room with sofa bed for 2 people, air conditioning hot/cold, WiFi with fiber optic high-speed upload and download. You can also enjoy on the top floor of the building, through the lift, a terrace overlooking the Cathedral if you want to work under the sun of Malaga from your own solarium.



If you come by car you have several public car parks nearby open 24h. Just a few meters away there are three supermarkets.

Im Schlafzimmer ein nicht so grosses Regal für das verstauen der Kleider. Fernseher wie auch Kühlschrank und Kochgelegenheit, und Küchenutensilien für 2 Personen vorhanden. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es sehr heiss, damit wir in der Nacht auch die Fenster öffnen mussten. Der Geräuschpegel in der Wohnung auf dem 3.OG und hinteren Seite trotzdem bis 02.00/03.00 sehr hoch.
