The Hamakua was amazing. It was everything you could want in a boutique hotel. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. The every room has an incredible view of gardens overlooking the Pacific. The staff, Belle and Sabrina were the best,
If you are there for one of Chef Joseph’s meals don’t miss it!

The property itself was next level, I was excited to stay. Very well maintained, clean and very much a resort vibe, not just another hotel. Staff were friendly, room was clean with a comfortable bed, pool was amazing and all situated right on the beach. My only complaint was the food, what was described on the menu was different from what I got, and the manager wasn't accommodating at all. Besides that though, 10 out of 10.
