Breathtaking Kona Home - Heated Pool / Air conditioning and Beautiful Sunsets

  • This breathtaking 3 Bedroom plus bunkroom, 2 bath single level home is located just minutes from Kailua, Kona and some of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii. Everything in this house is new! Fresh full remodel just completed. This includes a brand new gourmet kitchen, stocked with everything you will need to prepare great meals, should you choose to do so. Convection oven with microwave and gas range.

    Fully functional laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

    This house features over 2500 sq feet of an open floor plan and a 1200 sq foot covered lanai.

    You can wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of Kona coffee on the lanai. Then after a full day of fun you can relax while enjoying an evening BBQ with friends and watching the beautiful sun as it sets in the evening sky.

    There are hardwood floors throughout the main living area. An Entertainment Center in the living room that includes a 75" television with a Sound System, WiFi access and theatre seating.

    Very open floor plan with indoor/outdoor cooking and eating areas. Very private backyard with salt water heated pool with a waterfall. Ceiling fans in every room in the house as well as out on the covered lanai. Air conditioning throughout the home. Coming home to an air conditioned home is nice on those warm Hawaiian days, which is just part of the perks of renting from us!

    The Master suite is huge! Two doors leading to the outside one directly to the outdoor shower and the other leading to the Lanai and pool. Master Bath features a Jacuzzi tub and very large walk in shower. Dual vanity with plenty of space.

    All adult bedrooms have Sealy Posturepedic Cloud beds with adjustable bases as well as televisions and plenty of privacy. At the time of this publication the children's bunk room does not have a television.

    Want to enjoy the Beach? We have everything you need! Plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, flippers, snorkel gear, umbrellas, chairs, beach blankets, ice chest so you can sit back and relax and not have to worry about anything.

    House is located on the end of a culdesac, with a private driveway. Beautifully landscaped with plenty of space to sunbathe, fruit trees and gorgeous tropical plants that will truly impress!

    The property and the house are very well maintained for your comfort and enjoyment. We truly strive for perfection to make sure you have the most unforgettable vacation of a lifetime!

Amazing stay

The house is spectacular and a very well stocked kitchen. There are a lot of pool and beach amenities to use during your stay. The hosts were fantastic. It was the perfect location and place to stay. Will definitely be staying again.

This VRBO truly felt like a home. We were a family of 2 little girls, mom dad and grandma and grandpa. The pool was an absolute hit for our girls. Location was beautiful.Home was stunning! Beds were divine!So many extra amenities (beach gear, coolers, pool gear etc) that made things so much easier. David was wonderful, responsive and laid back. 10/10 recommend.

This house is seriously PERFECTION! My family and I had the best stay here!!! There is not a single thing that could make this house more amazing, and I cannot wait until we get to come back! Property has amazing sunset views, and is as clean and well set up as the pictures. The pool and outdoor space were well enjoyed. Location is nice, close to Kona but outside of tourist crowds. Would certainly stay here again.

The villa is large, well equipped, comfortable in a quiet area of Kailua-Kona, very well placed to visit the Big Island. The beaches and shops are not far away. We had a great stay enjoying the very pleasant swimming pool.

This house was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the pool was refreshing! It had everything you would need for a great stay. This house is amazing. Super clean and probably the best appointed home I have ever stayed in on VRBO. It had everything you could possibly need for your Hawaii vacation. Beds were very comfortable. The pool and lanai were a perfect place to start and end your day.

Great first trip to the Big Island

We had a great stay here for our first 5 nights in the Big Island (before heading to Volcano National Park area for a few nights). We were a group of 8 - 5 adults and 3 kids and this was a good house for our size group. I think Kailua-Kona is a good area to stay. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends in real life :)

Relaxing and private retreat

Wonderful place- good space for family to spread out. The grill was fantastic. If I had to complaint about something, we would’ve liked the pool to be a tad warmer on a few days, but the kids still enjoyed it often after days spent touring the island. Grateful for a private retreat to allow for memorable family vacation!

Beautiful Kona

5 friends had marvelous stay at this house in Kona! The house had everything we needed: pool, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen with high end cookware and some pantry staples, (we cooked some of the mahi-mahi we caught thanks to Maggie Joe’s sportsfishing) and beach/snorkel gear Only 2 baths, but outdoor shower was helpful Would gladly stay again!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the home. There was a lot of amenities and random items that were helpful for the stay. The family really enjoyed the pool. The owner was responsive. The home was in great shape. If we come back I don't think we'll waste any time looking for a different place.

Outstanding Home

Fantastic vacation rental, house is as represented on the website and even better when you are there. The house is very well furnished, master and other bedrooms are separated by the main living area, pool and outside covered lanai are where you will want to spend your days. Great location for quick trips down the hill to Kona or to take a day trip. Would definitely stay again.

Great family vacation house!

Better than the pictures. The house was clean and spacious. The pool was a very comfy 85f and the ocean view from the lanai was perfect to watch sunsets. The house fit our large family with room to spare. The outdoor space was great and the house feels very private.

Best vacation house on the big island

This house was better than advertised. Everything was perfect, we didn’t need anything. Location was fantastic, close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Amazing Stay!

This home is perfection! Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. I looked all over the island, and this was one of the ONLY heated pools I found, and the other places I found charged extra so this place is a real treat! The pool temperature was perfect, the beds are super comfortable with great linens, and the kitchen has everything you need. Great place - you should book it, you won't be disappointed!!

Home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a great view. The pool was warm with a fairly loud waterfall which runs all day. The owner reached out to make sure we were good and was quick to respond to inquiries. Kitchen had everything we needed. House was clean with a good floor plan.

Luxury in Paradise!

The house is beautiful and equipped with everything a family needs to make their stay enjoyable and comfortable. The landscaping and pool (heated) are amazing! Perfect vacation home

This home was amazing. We had a group of 7 and had every amenity we could ever want. The cleanliness of the home was impeccable. The views are breathtaking.
