Welcome to our wonderful holiday apartment Beller! The holiday apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor of a free-standing outbuilding of our property, set back in our wild and romantic farm garden. From all windows of the apartment you can see the green of our large garden. Right at the exit of your apartment, we have set up an outdoor seating area that is nice and shady in summer and where you can relax. After acquiring the property in 2018 and renovating the main building in winter 2018/2019, we also completely renovated the outbuilding in 2019 and furnished it to a very high standard. Today it looks like new, freshly plastered and painted on the outside, with a new roof, new electrics, new heating (gas boiler) and water installation. We purchase green electricity from Greenpeace Energy. Largely natural building materials and allergy-friendly equipment ensure a very pleasant room climate. On the ground floor of the building there is a utility room, the laundry room. There you will find a washing machine, dryer and ironing board as well as larger cleaning devices such as vacuum cleaners, wipers etc. The use of the washing machine is free of charge for you, you can also use the dryer for a small fee after consultation. The laundry room also serves as a drying room for damp clothing or hiking shoes. If you arrive by car or motorcycle, you can park your vehicle free of charge on our property. We have space for bicycles in our lockable garage, for which we are happy to give you the key. With us you can relax and spend a relaxing holiday. We look forward to you!
Holiday apartment Beller: We offer you a bright, sunny, very quiet apartment (approx. 32 sqm) with a large living room / bedroom, nice small kitchen and modern shower room. The apartment takes the 1st First floor of a free-standing outbuilding that you occupy alone, set back about 20 meters from the quiet residential street in our romantic farm garden. A tiled, somewhat steeper staircase leads up to the apartment, at the top right there is the beautiful living room / bedroom, on the left you reach the fully equipped kitchen and next to it the modern shower room. The living room / bedroom has 2 large windows to the east and a window to the south with a view of the garden. You sleep in a beautiful double bed made of beech wood, with mattresses and slatted frames for a good lying position, with oversize duvets so that even tall guests do not get cold feet, and a normal-sized pillow and a neck support pillow. A cabinet-dresser combination offers enough storage space for your clothes. A nice table is available for eating or working, or you can take a seat on our comfortable 2-seater sofa "Gretchen" to watch a little TV. The technology is state of the art with satellite / TV and WLAN / LAN, a Sharp flat screen with a 123 cm diagonal provides pictures in HD quality. If you wish, you can switch off the WLAN completely. The tiled daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and a flat shower tray (90 x 80 cm), a modern rimless toilet with automatic lowering, a vanity unit with a vanity unit and pull-outs, LED mirror, wall-high towel radiator, hairdryer and first-aid kit. Of course you will find toilet paper and hand soap. The kitchen with window to the west offers a kitchenette with ceramic hob (2 plates), dishwasher, sink, lower and upper cupboards, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The basic equipment includes salt, vinegar and oil, coffee / coffee filters, tea, sugar, detergents and cleaning agents as well as tea towels.
Arrival is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and departure is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Tolle Unterkunft bei netten Vermieter. Man ist für sich, alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub braucht. Toll dass die Fahrräder untergestellt werden können. Gibt auch Tipps von der Vermieterin für die Umgebung. Liegt verkehrsgünstig und in der Nähe Supermarkt und Gaststätte. S bahn Anschluss.
Kann man nur empfehlen.
