Nice and comfortable property; the Cotswold Way on your doorstep; nice pubs nearby!
It was quit a journey to get here all from the Netherlands, but definitely worth it!
The house was very comfortable for our group of 5 adults. Clean, spacious, kitchen very well equipped with everything we could think of. Good bedrooms with lovely views, very nice to have three bathrooms. The hallway was perfect to store muddy boots, wet coats and golf equipment!
The location is perfect, with lots of things to do, and all nearby. We made lovely walks, visited Chedworth Roman Villa, the Roman Museum in Cirencester, Sudeley Castle and Broadway.

A stunning house with spectacular views in a perfect location for you to explore the Cotswolds.
We stayed at The New Bakehouse for a family long weekend. The house is stunning inside and out. It had everything you could ever need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. It was spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. It was a lovely touch to have croissants, fresh bread and butter, milk and a chocolate cake on arrival. We all had a wonderful weekend relaxing visiting Stroud Market on Saturday which was amazing with so many food, drinks and craft stalls and then a beautiful walk on Rodborough Common and had a lovely drink in The Bear which was a beautiful country pub. We visited Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens which is amazing and definitely worth a visit.
I would highly recommend this property and would definitely be returning next year.

Great quality accommodation
Fantastic place with all mod cons, ground floor bedroom for our elderly relative, good garden for the dogs, with a beautiful outlook at the rear. Be aware that vehicular access to the property is down a short but rather narrow driveway.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Had a lovely welcome basket with some essentials in the cupboard, lovely views and very comfortable beds. What was missing was a large outdoor light and a sign at the main road entrance.

Weekend in the Cotswolds
Everything was perfectly arranged and ideal for 6 adults and a dog. We appreciated the welcome basket and additional provisions, such as coffee, tea, sugars etc. This saved us the expense, particularly helpful for a short stay. Provisions for the dog was also a very nice touch. Good people and a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful views, spacious living accommodation with excellent hosts Sally and Kevin nearby to help with any questions. Wonderful walks on the door step and a great location for exploring beautiful Cotswolds.

Lovely spacious property which was immaculately clean. Beds super comfy.
Good location to explore the wider Cotswolds.

69th birthday weekend
Lovely house, very clean & comfortable and we loved all the mod cons like the lighting, electric blinds & underfloor heating.
Walked into Stroud for the farmers market which was definitely worth a visit plus a walk in the woods above Ranwick & Sunday lunch at the Vine Tree.
This place is fabulous, spotless, everything we needed, plus lots of extras with welcome basket. Very comfortable, fabulous views and very quiet. There are two footpaths from the property so did lots of walking with the dogs straight from the property. Would highly recommend

A great place to stay for a family weekend and the dogs can come too
The New Bakehouse is a beautiful modern property, a credit to the owners. They have thought of everything. A lovely welcome pack was provided on arrival inc. dog bed and bowls if required. The open plan layout makes it a great sociable space for both the family and dogs to enjoy together. The three bedrooms were spacious two being en-suite and a family bathroom. Having a garden was an added bonus having dogs and in summer probably a great space for a barbecue, which is also provided. It was close to places to visit inc. Cirencester which is a lovely town. Overall a great place to stay with family and friends.

Absolutely lovely
The New Bakehouse was perfect for our relaxing weekend. Such a lovely property in a great place. There was a nice welcome pack to greet us. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very plush. We walked into Stroud one day which was small but nice, took us about 30 minutes. Plenty of pubs nearby. Then we visited Cirencester which was just 12 miles away by car, great shops and a very pretty town. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay.
The property is as described. Modern, spacious, bright and finished to a high standard. The attention to detail is evident. Fabulous location. Didn’t drive up to property as access narrow but that wasn’t an issue.

Stunning House
The house was in stunning location and fully equipped. We had no problems with the house and even the dog was fully provided for. The welcome basket was very useful as we arrived late in the day.
It was rather difficult to find and the drive was narrow but once you find the location it was fine.
Lots of walks from the property and several dog friendly pubs.
Will book again if we need to see relations in the area.

Cotswold haven
As an architect I was delighted to stay in the The New Bakehouse. Externally, it is a beautiful and contemporary interpretation of the Cotswolds vernacular. Inside, it is spacious, light, and very well appointed. I particularly liked the full height sliding windows to the living room that open onto a secluded garden and patio. I didn't want to leave!
The house is located adjacent to open fields that have delightful footpaths leading into the village of Randwick.
It is in a great location to explore the Cotswolds. The nearby villages of Minchinhampton, Painswick and Chedworth are worth a visit.

Christmas Break with Family
The New Bakehouse is a great property. Very spacious and very clean. The welcome hamper was a real treat and we met the owners who live near by including their lovely Labrador.
The entrance to the property is very narrow but the directions provided were spot on and very helpful.
I would be mindful if you enjoy walking- the property is located in a very hilly area which might be not suitable for everyone. We brought our dog with us - the garden is not fully enclosed so worth noting that we stayed with him when outside incase he ran off on his own adventure!
The local pub nearby the carpenters arms was worth the visit staff really friendly and food great- we were left a complimentary bottle of wine voucher which was greatly received.
We travelled as three couples and really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
