Stromness is a small town with 3/4 eating places - the Ferry Inn was good but you need to book ahead. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated and modern, with all of the comforts needed for our holiday… and more! The kitchen area was new, clean with lots of facilities (including a washing machine), while the lounge has a large smartTV, games and guides to the area. There are 2, big, well presented bedrooms, 3 toilets (2 en-suite bathrooms). We were able to have some meals in at night as it has a reasonably well supplied kitchen & this was a bonus after long days out exploring the main island of Orkney. We were also able to cook our own breakfast. The apartment is clean, tidy and roomy and in a lovely country setting. Each of the two bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. I would stay here again, it was very comfortable.
