The house has a low temperature gas condensing boiler, on the ground floor underfloor heating, 1 upper floor and loft conversion wall heating, outer walls insulated with reed mats, ground floor tiles and rooms with original ceiling beams, all floors in the upper floor and loft conversion with solid oak floorboards, all rooms clay plaster, 2 age-appropriate bathrooms, bathtub, showers glass cabins, bathroom 1st floor underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer, 2 large terraces, natural vaulted cellar (30 m²), 2018 fiber optic connection - now DSL. Alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses ist ist sehr ruhig, aber für Wanderer und Radfahrer sehr gut gelegen. Das Haus eignet sich am besten für 6-8 Personen, da die Wohnküche für mehr Personen zu klein ist. Für größere Gruppen gibt es separate Räume, die jedoch nicht vollständig ausgestattet sind. Dafür war die Unterkunft ideal. Wir konnten grillen, wandern, viel quatschen und als Gruppe auch mal etwas Regen im Inneren ausweichen. Die Lage ist einzigartig: man kann von der Haustüre weg direkt loslaufen und ist in schönster Natur. Es gibt auch einige gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege, um die vulkanische Landschaft zu erkunden. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Falls jemand nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sein sollte (war bei uns nicht der Fall), könnte man auch komplett im Erdgeschoss wohnen (Schlafzimmer, Bad ebenerdig vorhanden, und Küche/Esszimmer). Herzlichen Dank nochmal an die Vermieterin Frau Willems! PS: etwas schade ist, dass fewo-direkt eine Anmeldung oder die Installation der App verlangt, um mit dem Vermieter direkt zu kommunizieren. Das wollten wir nicht, und so könnte beim Vermieter der Eindruck entstanden sein, uns habe es nicht gefallen - was absolut nicht zutrifft :-) ##### Uwe S. Für vier Personen bietet es reichlich Platz. Es ist sehr sauber, wirkt frisch renoviert und die Küchenausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Materialien sind erstklassig.
