Die moderne 2-Zimmer 56 qm Neubauwohnung (Apartment Nr. 1) wurde unlängst fertig gestellt und stillvoll in einem hellen und modernen Design neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und ist aufgrund der bodentiefen Fenster stets hell und verfügt zudem über eine sonnige Terrasse sowie Parkplatz. Wir bieten 2 Apartments, die direkt nebeneinander liegen und unabhängig voneinander gebucht werden können, an. Bei größeren Gruppen können diese zusammen gebucht werden.   
  
Das 2-Zimmer Apartment Nr. 1 hat ein Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer mit Eichenparkett sowie eine separate nagelneue Küche mit Grundausstattung und bietet Platz für max. 4 Personen.   
Die komplette Ausstattung des Apartments ist bewusst sehr hochwertig gewählt worden. Es verfügt über ein DELUXE KING Size Boxspringbett (180cm x 200cm) in Hotelqualität, einen Smart-TV mit Netflix, Glasfaser Wifi und vielen weiteren Annehmlichkeiten.   
Du kannst deinen Tag auf der Terrasse mit einem NESPRESSO-Kaffee beginnen und all die schönen Annehmlichkeiten dieses Apartments genießen.  
  
BAD:   
Das wohlfühl Bad ist komplett neu ausgestattet und verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche. Natürlich stellen wir auch frische Handtücher und alle wichtigen Dinge wie Duschgel & Shampoo der Marke PRIJA zur Verfügung.  
  
ARBEITEN:   
Die Wohnung eignet sich auch ideal, um dort zu arbeiten. Wir bieten extrem schnelles High-Speed Glasfaser WLAN in der Wohnung an.   
  
HEIZEN:  
Die Wohnung ist stets optimal durchlüftet - die umweltfreundliche Belüftungs-Anlage sorgt durchgehend für reine Luft. Das Apartment ist mit einem modernen Kraft-Wärme-Rückkopplungs-System verbunden und benötigt dadurch keine Heizung. Stattdessen verfügt es über eine moderne Fußbodenheizung.   
Du kannst also die Wärme in der Wohnung stets so temperieren, wie es angenehm für dich ist. Dabei hast du mehr Kontrolle über die Raumwärme und Luftqualität.  
  
PARKPLATZ:  
Zum Apartment gehört ein exklusiver Stellplatz für dich im Außenbereich.  
Zudem sind auf dem Gelände 6 E-Ladestationen für Elektroautos gegen Gebühr nutzbar.

LAGE:  
Leicht abseits des Stadtkerns liegt der Antoniusberg in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. In 15 Gehminuten bist du im Zentrum Straubings am Ludwigsplatz. Zahlreiche Angebote in direkter Fußnähe machen die Anlage zu einem attraktiven Wohngebiet.  
  
RESTAURANTS:   
Im Tonis by Wenisch um die Ecke, dem Restaurant mit besonderem Touch, der griechischen Taverne Yiassas oder der Pizzeria Calabria - in der Nachbarschaft findest du gute Restaurants. Wenn du lieber von der Couch aus bestellen möchtest, gibt es am Antoniusberg ein breites Angebot, aus dem du wählen kannst.  
  
NATUR:   
Vom Antoniusberg gelangt man schnell zum Eglseer Moos, eine lange Strecke durchs Grüne. In Straubing entspannt es sich am Stadtstrand und bei der Moosmühle im Sommer besonders schön.  
Wir stellen hochwertige Hotelbettwäsche und Handtücher für dich kostenlos zur Verfügung. Außerdem erwartet dich ein Begrüßungsset mit Kaffee und Tee.
