Average at best. Not particularly hospitable. I was locked out of my room twice. I met a lovely elderly lady in her zimmer staed on my corridor,who was also having difficulty accessing her room. I offered to help. When that wasn't feasible I then went down to the reception. I rang the buzzer 3 times. Just no staff. Bags of rubbish left in the corridor. Fruit flies in my room suggest it may well be needing a look in to regards to hygiene. I did extend my stay, mainly due to mobility issues, but I doubt very much that I'll be back. A shame as it's a decent area. More effort is needed.

Fantastic location and fantastic rooms.

We had an amazing stay at the Palm Court It was our first trip away with our 6month old puppy and the staff were amazing with her Great help to myself and my husband as well especially when the pup was asleep in the room the staff waiting until she was awake to make our room up Would highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit

Hôtel definitely needing some TLC, no sockets beside bed for phone charging and seat at mirror too low to see into mirror for doing hair. Barmaid had an attitude and definitely needs tuition in cocktails as my espresso martini was one of the worst ever served up to me. Also overheard a customer ask for pinot noir and she tried to give them pinot Grigio! We were goi b to have breakfast in the morning but we decided against. Clearly a need for staff training all round in my opinion.

Restaurant food was great, both at breakfast and dinner. Definitely highlight of our stay. Room quiet and comfortable
