Strata Florida Abbey

The TV remote wouldn't operate when I pressed the appropriately marked Red on/off button. Journeyed down to reception to be told to press the No 1 channel button !! Back up ten floors come the time to sleep no button would turn it off. After searching for 10 minutes I pulled out the cable from the underside of the set wich was housed in a hardly accessible cabinet. Shower floor cracked and peeling very unhygienic. No usb sockets it's 2026

Great location with a view of the castle and within walking distance to everything else. Needs a repaint outside but don't let that put you off! Very clean and well-maintained inside, if a bit hot during the summer. Was pleased to find that the room had an ironing board (and iron), hairdryer, fan and plenty of drawer space. Cleaning staff were very helpful too. Definitely good value for money, in my opinion.

Hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. I couldn’t fault the staff they couldn’t do enough for you will definitely be re-visiting.
