We enjoyed our stay at the Clarion for two nights. We have stayed here for many years when we come to the Lancaster Area. It was nice that the Breakfast Area reopened after Covid. Nice and clean and room was very conveniently located. Really enjoyed our time at the Clarion.

We were very pleased with our stay there. The room exceeded our expectations with the comfort of the beds, cleanliness, and providing so many extra things we did not anticipate, like the fridge and microwave, a safe, iron and ironing board.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness. I should’ve listened to the reviews. Requested a change in rooms due to the dirtiness in the first room. The customer service person was helpful but surprised with my reporting….Bed sheets stained, floors filthy not vacuumed, bathroom toilet seat loose, bowl dirty, tub the list keeps going. I had to ask for clean sheets. Regardless, disappointed for the price I paid. The pool is outside, closed,sauna was probably the only decent thing however…there were blood stains on the floor so we left the sauna. I tried to cancel my booking willing to pay double at the holiday in which is directly next door but I couldn’t. Don’t waist your time or money there.Not worth it.

The staff are lovely people. The room is very large. It's quaint in appearance and looks like it is a restored historic community . It's right on a local highway but quiet. Easy to connect with the area sights.

This is a dated hotel. Management is obviously trying to update and improve but it is a B rated hotel. It was comfortable, clean and suited my purpose for business travel to the area. It is centrally located and convenient to Sight and Sound, Strasburg railroad, Bird in Hand, and Intercourse, as well as the beautiful Amish countryside. Breakfast was average but more than adequate for any family needs. The restaurant next door was convenient but pricey for dinner. Great for a nightcap at the bar though. I would stay again.
