This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Bed and bath linens as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 60€ will be charged to you.
