I went to the front desk 3 times before they came to see for themselves. On two of the three days, the toilet was running making a noise that made it difficult to sleep. We reported it 3 times and they said it was fixed. It was running been we left. For 350 euro a night —we know Strasbourg is expensive — this was not a good experience. La ville de Strasbourg propose de nombreux moyens de déplacement (Bus, Tram, Vélo).
