The Staff were so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast every morning for 13 Euro. Hotel was a 10 min walk to the markets

Amazing staff and perfect stay
Increidible stay! Shower and bed and location 3 blocks from city center. Staff was amazing, helps us with a map, travel advise and place to park 2 free directions 2 blocks from the hotel. Super safe zone, clean and smells really good! I love it

No ac basic room, using a real key that doesn’t work in the front door and no one in the reception in the evening. Staff is super nice.

Hotel in an amazing location
The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the city center. It was clean and modern rooms in an old building. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

the soap of the shower was empty at our arrival and stays the same for all the period. meaning that the staff did not cleaned the shower during all the period. i did not asked for replacement since i use my own soap but it was for checking if they will replace by themself . the WIFI was not so good and i had difficulties to connect.

The place was fine and clean. The room wasn't that big, but that was ok for the time I stayed there. The only thing to watch out is the Check-In before 11pm, after that reception is closed. Hotel is well located, not far from public transports (buses and trams) and it seemed not far from the old city centre. Quiet residential area, with a park on the opposite side of the main entrance.

Wanted to sleep in but at 8:30am, the staff were loudly talking just outside our room for a solid hour and we could not sleep any more. Not sure if they realize that floor has many guests trying to rest.

Hotel very clean, throughout, including the bedroom, although there was a dust accumulation under the bed. Nice Hotel, centrally placed for transport and sight seeing. Helpful and friendly staff.

Disgusted and disappointed
Extremly disappointed. I was given a room in the basement, with absolutely no day light. Moreover, there was a lot of noise from the hall, as the basement was mostly use for the service staff to get cleaning supplies etc., so I "enjoyed" a lot of slamming doors. The room itself was dirty (sheets not clean see picture, spider webs in the corners), the bath room light was not working, the shower curtain was missing and there was a huge hole in the wall under the window (see picture). Tried to address this to the front staff, but the staff member was busy in a private Skype conversation and spoke very little English. Considering that I paid close to 100€ a night I would expect for the room to at least be clean and for the staff to be friendly and able to communicate. I moreover send a written complaint to the hotel, but never received an answer.

Fairly nice city centre hotel.
A nice friendly hotel overlooking a park, not far from shops or the city centre. Overall pretty good, but let down by the fact that the bathroom had not been cleaned when I arrived.

Best thing about this hotel is its location!
Room leaves a few things they could add. For instance we had to go to front desk to request hair dryer. There is no place next to bed to set anything. How about adding a shelf above the headboard?? Receptionist on registering insisted we pay for breakfast day before. Hotel is next to a park & also well located to cathedral- 15-20 minute walk.

Exactly what I needed
This place had exactly what I needed, and it was clean and safe. Breakfast was great, and nice to have because there are not a lot of local options available in the morning. It's a short walk to the historic part of town. There are also some nice residential parks and neighborhoods close to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The room and bathroom were very small. Tiny. One reviewer wondered how they even got the bed into the room. I wonder that, too. The breakfast was okay, but they made no accommodations for my husband's gluten-free diet (due to celiac disease). The location is great so we could walk into the heart of Strasbourg as well as to the European Parliament. One desk clerk chastised me for drinking their coffee during the day. He told us that we'd have to pay for coffee if we were out. It was confusing because I was drinking tea using my own tea bag. All I took was some hot water. Once he realized that, he apologized. Still, it gave us a negative impression of this hotel. Since we caught a warm spell, we had the window open at night. Be prepared for the noise of the city if you're there when it's nice weather.

Tout l’hôtel et les chambres sont vieilles délabrées et on m’a donné une chambre avec l’encadrement de la porte massacré je ne sais depuis cmb de temps. Cependant le personnel a essayé de m’arranger. L’hôtel a vraiment besoin d’une rénovation totale c’est une nécessité. Je n’y retournerais plus sous ce standing

Sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personel Unsere Zimmer war ein Dachstock ohne seitliches Fenster, nicht empfählenswert. @hotels.com hatte beste Preis, 50€, ohne frühstück. Mehr sollte man für Dachzimmer auch nicht bezahlen! Im Zimmer hatten wir keine Hotel- Hausschen.
