"We were put in the annexe, Rm18. Very clean, huge bed, suited us just fine. Staff - the amazing Laura!! Super helpful, lovely lady who knew everything there was to know about the hotel. Always smiling and happy. Also have to mention the young man who was working during our stay, he had red hair, unfortunately didn’t get his name, he was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay, did a good vegetarian breakfast for my husband, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Had an evening meal- great value and delicious. Cannot complain about anything about the hotel. A really enjoyable experience. "

"Electric charging was easy and a great bonus as some in the area were not working. The view from the suite was great, especially as the storm raged able to watch the massive waves crashing."

"We enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel, close to the water with beautiful views. The pillows were not great however. It took me a while to get to sleep as they were flat, bumpy and too firm. But the room had everything else that we needed. I would stay again. "

" Host was responsive, which we appreciated, but there were a few issues. Cleanliness wasn’t up to standard on arrival, and an additional room we requested wasn’t made up. The caravan felt quite personal, with family belongings left throughout and food in cupboards/freezer. Some rooms were being used for storage, which made the space feel less like dedicated guest accommodation. Overall, improvements in cleanliness and preparation would make a big difference."
