Zentrale Lage

Das Apartment ist für einen Kurzurlaub sehr gut geeignet. Es bietet alles, was man braucht und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bett mit 1,40 m Breite ist allerdings für 2 Personen schon eine Herausforderung.Die Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist sehr zentral und man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nahebei so gut wie keine (außer kostenpflichtiges Parkhaus), so dass das Aus-und Einladen des Gepäcks auch herausfordernd war. Ein Besucherparkschein wäre schön gewesen.

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön. Die FeWo kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Die Lage perfekt, die Wohnung sauber und sehr hell, der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Es waren perfekte Tage für uns.

Schick und gemütlich

Wir sind für 6 Tage verreist. Türcode hat super funktioniert. Wohnung ist echt gemütlich, für Menschen die sich mögen, ansonsten ist das Bett mit 140 echt schmal. 40 m² sind durch die Dachschrägen sehr großzügig angegeben. Ansonsten alleseingerichtet

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit ein paar Besonderheiten

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung und top Lage in der Stralsunder Altstadt. Der Check-In war problemlos und unkompliziert. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass es zur Wohnebene eine steile Treppe hochgeht und die Dusche durch eine Glasscheibe auch aus der Küche einsehbar ist (trotz Milchglas in einem Bereich). Also am besten für Einzelpersonen, enge Freunde oder Pärchen geeignet :)

Perfekte Ausstattung auf kleinstem Raum. Die steile Treppe ist für fitte Rentner kein Problem. Eine Leselampe am Tisch wäre schön. Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, hat uns gut gefallen.

Kleines Paradies

Der Check-in lief dank Zahlencode für die Türen schnell und einfach. In der Wohnung war alles bestens vorbereitet: sehr sauber, umfangreich ausgestattet, gemütlich, chic. Ich hätte mir nicht mehr wünschen können. Das Fahrrad konnte auf dem Hinterhof sicher abgestellt werden. Parken war zwar nicht vor der Tür, aber im nahen Parkhaus, bzw. noch fußläufig kostenlos in Friedrich-Engels-Straße und angrenzend möglich. Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt mit ganz kurzen Wegen zur Ostsee, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkauf, Restaurants etc. Ich kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, gute Austattung. Was gefehlt hat, waren Geschirrhandtücher. Ansonsten war die Wohnung super schön und hell, freundlich. Das einzige was irgendwie schwierig war- die Stufen zur Hochebene - einfach zu hoch.

Komfortabel unterm Dach

Die Fewo ist zentrumsnah, wie in der Offerte angegeben und alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für uns als Teetrinker fehlte allerdings eine (einfache) Glaßkanne. Deutlicher sollte in der Fewo-Beschreibung die 3. Etage und die letzte Stiege benannt werden. Für Gebrechliche, Gehbehinderte o.ä. scheint uns die sehr schöne Fewo eher ungeeignet.

Unterkunft mit ganz viel Charme

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Es war sehr sauber, die Anreise war völlig unkompliziert. Parken in direkter Nähe möglich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt und hat alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden diese gemütliche Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank

Sehr geschmackvolle, moderne Unterkunft

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Holzbalken und die dimmbaren LED-Spots haben für eine gemütliche Stimmung gesorgt. Die Küchenausstattung mit Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Nespresso-Maschine etc. lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung eignet sich aufgrund der zentralen Innenstadtlage ideal für die Anreise mit Zug. Wir würden diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen.

Gemütliche Oase in der Altstadt Stralsund!

Wir waren begeistert von der bezaubernden kleinen Ferienwohnung mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Stralsund! Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung bot uns eine behagliche Atmosphäre und war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die zentrale Lage ermöglichte uns, die malerische Altstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, und wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Ostsee-Kurzurlaub!
