"Yellow stains on the beds and covers I ended up paying for 4rooms and all of them were not in good condition tubs were filthy nasty and mind you I had two dogs as well that is the nastiest most disgusting distasteful hotel I have ever been to in my life I’m use to clean nice things and to be honest that place is a dump and then a staff member didn’t want to give me my money back instead tried to offer me another room I was about to clock straight out on them talking about a manager won’t be in until Monday and clearly the hotel sign saids manager on duty so the manager said you wanna check out all 4 rooms YES I DO HE SAIS GO GET YOUR STUFF LIKE HE WAS PUTTING US OUT BUT NOT REALLY SIR I HAVE BEEN PUT OUT OF BETTER PLACES LONG STORY SHORT DONT EVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM BUT OH YEAH THEY CAME UP OFF MY MONEY. Yeah that had to cause you think I’m staying In a dump not me and mines and that’s on God The hotel is TRASH TRASH AND MORE TRASH"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. But the room was anything but clean... Our bedding was stained and tattered, the toilet still had old pee on the back of the toilet and poop inside, and the floors look like they hadn't been vacuumed in a week. The staff did scrub the toilet for us and bring up fresh bedding when we addressed them about it. It was convenient that it was located next food and Walmart."

"Rooms and accommodation were great. Staff was great only issue was bartenders in restaurants blew us off every time we went up to the bar to spend plenty of money as we did over the 4 days we were there. To the point we ordered pizza from somewhere else to be delivered to patio. All other staff was great. Very polite and accommodating. We loved the atmosphere and set up. Great concept. Hope to visit soon again. "

"The room was really run down. It was clean but the sink had permanent marks like tar in it. The bathroom floor was buckling up. Bed was comfortable. Parking was well lit."

"Check in was very easy and fast. The front desk person was friendly. When we went to bed after getting the kids settled in we smelled a urine scent and found it was all over one of the queen mattress."

"Everything was excellent. Easy to find. Private, peaceful and quiet! Very close to Hocking Hills. The only issue (and it was minor) was the supply of hot water, as you must keep the showering to a minimum. "
