Alles modern und sehr sauber. Hier und da müssten ein paar kleinere Reparaturen vorgenommen werden. An der Garderobe ist ein Haken abgefallen, das Sofa hängt irgendwie nach hinten durch und das Fußteil am Doppelbett ist locker. Der Fernseher steht obwohl an der Wand eine Halterung hängt. Sieht leider unfertig aus. Das Besteck ist ein Sammelsurium aus Einzelteilen und den Kartoffelschäler bringt man besser selber mit :-) Aber sind alles Kleinigkeiten. Der Gesamteindruck ist weiterhin ausgezeichnet. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Zentrum und auch Berlin ist gut erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung war soweit okay bis auf einige kleine Mängel die vielleicht abgestellt werden sollten. Im Wohnzimmer lag im Couchbereich ein Teppich der eine Stolperstelle hatte. Die Kinder und auch wir sind des Öfteren darüber gestolpert. Auch der Läufer vor der Küchenzeile hatte eine Ecke die eine Stolperstelle war. Den haben wir einfach umgedreht. Im Bad war die Duschstange locker. Müsste mal wieder befestigt werden. Der Schimmel in der Dusche ist auch nicht so schön. Mir ist schon sehr oft aufgefallen das die Bäder in der Ferienwohnungen immer vernachlässig werden. Im Kinderzimmer wäre vielleicht schön wenn eine Kleine Leselampe vorhanden wäre. In der Küche hätte ich mich darüber gefreut wenn eine Soßen-, oder Suppenkelle vorhanden gewesen wäre. Die finde ich gehört zu einer "gut ausgestatteten Küche". Die direkte Lage am Wasser, das umliegende sehr gepflegte Umfeld sowie die Ausstattung setzen dem Ganzen das i-Tüpfelchen auf. In der näheren Umgebung gibt reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Discounter, Bekleidungsgeschäfte,...) und sehr schöne Restaurants. Zur "Innenstadt" sind es wenige Gehminuten. Geschirrhandtücher, Spülmaschinentabs und Toilettenpapier gab es nicht ausreichend für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche. Wir vermuten, dass diese mglw im Hauswirtschaftsraum zu finden sind, allerdings ist dieser auf Grund der derzeitigen Vorkommnisse nicht zu benutzen. Alles in allem aber mehr als zufrieden. Wir sind jeden Tag auf den herrlichen See gefahren, um ins Wasser zu springen. Auch die zur Verfügung gestellten Räder haben wir gerne genutzt. Nur der Straßenlärm durch den Verkehr auf der Brücke direkt neben dem Haus ist etwas nervig. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein. In dem recht engen Kinderzimmer gibt es keinen, nur Schubladen unter dem Bett. Aber für eine Woche war alles völlig in Ordnung. Die Waschmaschine und den Trockner konnten wir wegen der Corona-Hygienebedingungen nicht benutzen. Darüber wären wir allerdings gerne vorher informiert gewesen. ##### Held J. Lärm der Straße Sehr schön am Kanal am besten sind die Wohnungen unten mit direktem Zugang zum Garten . Brücke und Straße sind aber am Tag teils sehr laut. ##### Alexander F. Ansonsten ist die Lage und das Grundstück wirklich ein Traum. Auch bei kurzfristig aufkommenden Frage war jederzeit eine freundliche und einfache Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin möglich.
