"NOVASOL are horrible to work with. If you attempt to contact them via VRBO messaging, they will ignore your messages for months at a time. They will refuse to rent bed linens and towels to you, even though they don't provide them. They will also accuse you of 'not contacting them immediately' with issues, even though their internal booking system lists an out of date phone number and does not list their hours of operation for the chat system. "This is an interesting place. Small "apartment" but actually everything one needs, including a small microwave. Clever design of the bathroom/shower situation. Charming to have lots of youngish people and young families at the breakfast downstairs. Nice to close to the big "gallery" shopping mall, whose McDonalds stays open to 1 am apparently. It is a bit of a ride to the airport, and I'm not sure how long this would take on a bus, but with a rental car it is about 8 minutes"
