"Overall, a nice stay. We were disappointed that Hazel’s restaurant was closed for renovations. Food options were limited, and food was just so-so. The staff at check in and at the general store were helpful, but it would have been nice to have a staff person in the upper lodge to welcome guests and answer questions. Coffee in the upper lodge would have been great as well. The room was very clean and looked to be recently renovated."

"Loved the property being so close to the water. The use of kayaks was a bonus. House was clean and kitchen well stocked. My only draw back was the amount of road noise coming from across the cove. I hope to stay again."

"Great location close to the city but away from a bunch of houses! It’s pet friendly but clean and smell free from any animals! The house was great, very clean and tidy! The host is very responsive and I will stay here again next year! Thank you so much for allowing my family to stay in your house for our vacation up to the mountains! Ps love it has a garage to keep the cars and motorcycles clean and dry!"

"Great place to stay with teens. The house was clean The only drawback is its about 2 hours from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but it is fun taking the tail of the dragon every day to get there "
