I didn’t like that there’s no one to help you with luggage. I had heavy suitcases that I had to maneuver and figure out, even with the luggage cart it was a struggle and not a good way to begin trip after traveling for iver 24 hours
they don’t clean your room everyday and you have to go down for deliveries. There’s no to your door service

The check in staff and housekeeping were pretty great but the staff at the bless your heart and downstairs restaurant were very rude and slow. They acted like they didnt want to serve you or that you were annoying them. Just bad experience with those two things. They also added an additional tip onto your bill so watch that.

Great stay and experience. Was there for a work trip, only thing was the valet couldn’t find my car one morning which made me late to work. Aside from that it was amazing
