This charming holiday apartment on the first floor of a family-run house in the tranquil coastal town of Žuljana on the Pelješac peninsula combines sea views, proximity to the beach, and comfortable amenities - ideal for relaxing holiday days with family or friends. Only about 100 metres separate you from the crystal-clear sea and one of the most beautiful pebble beaches in the region.   
  
The apartment offers space for up to six people (4+2) on approx. 60 m² and convinces with two spacious bedrooms, an open living and dining area as well as two furnished balconies, one of which provides a direct view of the sea. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and other useful kitchen utensils. The adjacent living area is comfortably furnished and invites you to linger.   
  
WiFi is available throughout the entire apartment free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included in the stay. The accommodation is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted.   
  
In just a few minutes' walk, you will reach the town centre with shopping opportunities, restaurants and small cafés. The quiet location, embedded in plenty of greenery, creates a relaxed holiday experience. Leisure activities such as swimming, snorkelling, diving, hiking or boat trips are easily possible in the surrounding area.   
  
A private car park is available directly at the house - also for multiple vehicles. Barbecuing can be done in the garden area by arrangement.   
  
A wonderful place to enjoy the natural beauty of South Dalmatia and leave everyday life behind.
