House with plenty of space inside completely new. Large enclosed grounds, great garden. The house is about 180m² in size and has on the ground floor 1 bedroom ,, bathroom, hallway, living room with kitchen and dining area. On the upper floor corridor are with seating, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and in the attic are 2 bedrooms with a further 2 beds. Extra bed is possible 10, - € per bed. Full heated basement with sauna, shower, rest room, 2 playroom with ball pool, table football, table tennis, 1Raum with washing machine, drying facilities The house is completely renovated, bright and friendly and with attention to detail. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and armchairs. Flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, lots of books and games. A spacious dining area with a large dining table can accommodate all. For toddlers, there are cots and highchairs. The kitchen has very spacious and equipped with all comforts. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans - even large-, frying pans. Table linen available, as well as all cleaning and cleaning utensils Bedroom: 3x double bed, 3x 2single beds 1x1Bett A sunny, spacious terrace invites you to relax. Barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers are available. Small benches and rest areas are scattered throughout the grounds. There is a heated games room with table football and small. Table tennis The whole house is heated with bio-heat and is always cozy and warm. , On the 2000² large plot is an old trees with lots of lawn to play and run. For the children there is a children's playhouse, trampoline, swing, slide, sand pile. A campfire with benches around it is also available. Bikes can be stored in a lockable garage. The property is fenced. You can park right outside the door. It offers a wonderful view of the hilly landscape. Just a few hundred meters away is scih our farm Stenneshöh, here you are welcome, and the kids have the opportunity to participate knife on pony rides at our nearby farm. Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer bei vielen Personen recht laut. Wohnung war leider nicht sehr sauber. Kommunikation unproblematisch.
