Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Messaged and rang both owner and traveller nest countless times completely ignored never sent check on details so unable to access property then spent over 3 1/2 hours on the phone to Expedia claiming money back and rebooking another stay as we were stranded without any accommodation which I had paid for in full. No correspondence since from the owner
