So, this property has potential for a couple or someone traveling alone. I think I was one of his first guests and gave him a list of items to improve. If he took my advice, this could be a great option for someone visiting Stockton. Pros: Clean (mostly), comfortable, good size for 1 or 2 people, center of town in a gated location. Comfortable bed. Photos are fairly accurate. Cons: For some reason, the host has removed all the smoke detectors, and there were no CO2 detectors or fire extinguishers that I could find. Make sure he has reinstalled those before reserving. Two of the interior doors have physical damage. Not a big deal, but not a great look. Also, make sure you get the current gate code. Had some "discussions" about parking that had to be worked out after the fact.
