Cons: We checked in and were given room keys to our room. To our surprise there was a lady occupying our room, in bed, reading a book. We scared the crap out of her as she us. What a messed up situation. We insisted that management check on her. Twice the power went out, no elevators and no air conditioning. No one could tell us when the power would return. The floors were sticky, the drapes had holes in them. Room service showed up at 8:12 am in the morning, unacceptable. Air conditioner, when running, was extremely loud. Pro's: Breakfast wasn't bad. Bathroom was recently remodeled. Neighborhood isn't bad. The water out of the faucet was drinkable. Lots of hot water. This could be a nice place if they took care of it.
