A couple of thoughtful touches...umbrellas, salt and pepper. Flexible checkout. Plus you get a book in the room with helpful tips and recommendations. If we return to Stockholm, I'd stay there again without question. Just be aware that it's on a pedestrian-only street, so your taxi will need to drop you a few blocks away and you will need to walk. The ferry was only a 5 minute walk as well as the Hop on Hop off bus stop. Tha Royal Palace is a two minute walk and there is plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. The room we had, I was given a free upgrade, was large with two bedrooms, a living, and kitchen. Very spacious and well equipped. Handy location in the most touristy part of Stockholm. It is on a small street with no cars so you may have to carry your bags some distance from the train. Check in, etc. has limited hours but staff are super accommodating and well organized. If you tell them your itinerary they adjust to give excellent service.
