The ground floor brings together kitchen, dining, and living in one continuous space. A kitchen island with bar seating opens to a dining table for eight. The adjacent living area centers on a fireplace and seating arranged around a 65-inch television.
A separate media room offers a 55-inch screen with Sonos surround sound—ideal for films or quiet evenings. This room converts to a fifth bedroom when needed, with a quality inflatable double bed available on request. A guest WC, laundry room, and separate entrance complete this floor.
